- Hi guys!! today I want to share something so great that I am sure it will have a huge impact into our lives and help us to fulfill our dreams, goals and careers, but first let me start with one of my three favorite quotes about reading books bellow, let’s go!!!!

*I have read a lot of books in my life but the moment I came across this book which actually was shared to me by my one of my colleague a brother and a friend with a name called Thomas C.A.
And then suddenly I felt like a spark in my body, a fire and burning desire to go further.
- The book is called Principles of Leadership, this book have completely changed my life, my perceptions about life, filled me with so much leadership wisdom and attributes. And now let me highlight the few lines to give you the insights of what’s inside this amazing book before you go start reading it.
It’s from chapter four of the book which I will analyze it for you bellow.
The Author DAG HEWARD-MILLS says...
***“1. Become self-motivated. Do not expect direction or encouragement from outside. (Normally most of us we depend so much on what other people speaks about us in order to feel good about ourselves, but that’s not good for our prosperity because sometimes no body will be there for you and you are supposed to perform your best in order to move forward, not everyday someone will come and say to your face that he or she believes in you , that you can do it, not always, so we need be self encouraged in order to achieve our dreams and purpose in life, Yes).

A true leader is someone who knows how to encourage himself whenever it is necessary. I do not look to the outside for motivation. I have learnt that I have to motivate myself. I can not depend on external factors to encourage me”.
