What is a stakeholder?
- Stakeholders are people, groups, or institutions which are likely to be affected by a proposed intervention (either negatively or positively), or those which can affect the outcome of the intervention.
Stakeholders include:

Other Affected Groups

Interested Groups, including the TANAPA, Wildlife Division etc.
Stake holder analysis addresses fundamental question
- Who
are the key stake holder in the project or study being undertaken or
proposed?
- What
are the interest of these stakeholders?
- How
will they be affected by project?
- How
influential are the difference stakeholders?
- Which
stakeholder are most for the success of the project?
