First of all , what is the meaning of Courage?
Courage is taking action in spite of fear. In it’s original words :
Courage is not the absence of fear, it is the making of action in spite of fear, the moving out against the resistance engendered by fear into the unknown and into the future.
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts” Winston S. Churchill.
“It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are”.
Actually, Courage is the key to having more abundance in our life, more experiences, happiness and joy.
**Courage means the strength in the face of pain or grief.
>>In our life we face so many problems , so much pain that sometimes we feel like we can not move on and the worst thing that comes into our minds is to give up, we want to give up our purpose and dreams and forget why we started it and eventually let fear creep in.
**We all know that, fear holds us back from doing something new or going after our dreams and things we want in life.
Fear costs us a lot of resources, interferes with our mood, appetite, sleep, digestion and many other worth things in our daily life.
***So today I want to share with you guys about this so called courage, courage is necessary for us to succeed, we need to have courage to live, courage to study, courage to love, courage to have wealthy, courage to work, courage to face all the problems and pain and griefs that is hitting us in our lives everyday, courage to do whatever is needed in our daily lives and it’s inevitable since our success depends on us, on our decisions to do and master what we are supposed to do.
We need courage when no one else is believing in us, so that we can show them that no matter how many times we have failed I can do it and I must do it the best.
*The following are the techniques for having a courageous life:-
1. Practice.
Since courage is a habit, a muscle that need to be exercised and most of us are not born courageous and so we should not expect to magically acquire it without practice. For example you are having a presentation tomorrow morning on any topic that you do or you are in right now whether it be science, art or business issues the best thing you can do for yourself right now is to practice that presentation as much as you can, that way your fear of standing in front of the group of people will go away and you will have courage to do it excellently and that’s how success comes in.
It’s like you learn to swim by swimming, you also learn courage by couraging.
2. Build confidence.
Yes, this one goes hand in hand with practicing. Having confidence allows you to trust in your abilities and yourself and realize that you are more than your fears.
When you have confidence it becomes easy for us to perform and act at our best. This actually includes having faith in ourselves. Always tell yourself that you are handsome, beautiful and you got something important to offer.
3. Reduce your stress.
Sometimes we experience fear due to exhaustion. Make sure you eat well, get enough sleep and exercise. Take breaks and take your holiday time. We all need a break in our lives.
4. Be aware of failure but move forward.
Even if we fail in our lives and we need know that we are going to fail so many times but we should embrace it because failures prepares us for something greater and we should not get stuck to failure, instead we need keep moving forward.
5. Continue to learn.
No matter what the circumstances in life, we should continue to develop ourselves, to grow by constantly learning and improve our skills and take new opportunities as much as we can.
Listening to the inspirational audios everyday if possible every morning when we wake up for us to grow wise and start our day with great motivation and be ready to face it.

6. Accept our challenges.
We should always stay on the track even after facing challenges and fears. Instead of hiding then face what lies ahead of you, show up every single day and transmit your energies and see how successful you will become.
In many cases, fear is just in our heads, most of what we fear will never come to pass. Don’t waste your time and energy worrying when you can get ahead by living.
We can’t and shouldn’t let fear drive our decisions. We shouldn’t let fear cease us from what we want and what we deserve. We should no longer become slaves of fear, we need deal with it and so we can start focusing on the most important things in life like accomplishing our dreams .
