**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver Azura water products to designated locations within Arusha and surrounding areas promptly and efficiently.

- Actively engage in sales activities, including promoting Azura water products to potential customers and securing new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product visibility in retail outlets.

- Collaborate with the sales and distribution team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Azura water in the market.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.

 

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver salesman in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Familiarity with Arusha and surrounding areas, ensuring efficient navigation and timely deliveries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
